Volga TGC has completed the first stage of the project that will help to overcome thermal energy deficiency in Avtozavodsky district of Togliatti

On November 16, management of Volga TGC together with representatives from Togliatti Mayor’s Office and regional government summarized the results of first stage of project of thermal energy transfer from Togliatti TPP to the Avtozavodsky district of the city. This project is the core element of the Togliatti power generation center development program that is being implemented by Volga TGC within the strategy of heat markets development. Implementation of this project will help to overcome the deficiency of thermal energy and secure future power loads of Avtozavodsky district till 2015.→ далее

On November 2, 2006 the Federal Financial Markets Service (FFMS) registered the additional issue of 2 689 925 865 ordinary shares of Volga Territorial generation Company with nominal value of 1 ruble each, distributed by private offering. The above block of additional shares will be exchanged for 100% of OJSC Orenburg Heat Generation Company that belong to RAO UES of Russia. → далее
